But did you know that around 6% of the annual production in this region is white Châteauneuf-du-Pape? This full-blown Mediterranean region hardly seems like the place for white wines.
We spent one week in Châteauneuf-du-Pape for the Les Printemps de Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2018. Our week was filled with the festival, judging a competition, and a few producer visits. The last winery on our agenda was the legendary Château de Beaucastel.
